La Brehaudais Gites / Terms Free Draw

1. The closing date for this Free Prize Draw is 30th November 2009.

2. No purchase or quote necessary. Entry to the Free Prize Draw is open to UK residents over 18 years only.

3. Participants must have a full postal address to participate.

4. Entries not submitted in accordance with the rules‚ illegible‚ incomplete or altered will be disqualified.

5. Entry via the website form is the only accepted type of entry.

6. The entry instructions form part of these rules.

7. It is a condition of entry that the winners names will be used for promotional purposes. This will only be in
     summary e.g. Mrs Smith from Surrey.

8. Only one entry per person. We reserve the right to destroy entries where more than one per person has
     been made.

9. Employees or family members of employees of La Brehaudais Gites and Brittany Holiday Lets or any
     person directly or indirectly involved in the organizations or running of the prize draw or their direct family
     members are not eligible for entry into the prize draw.

10. Two winners will win one weeks free self catering accommodation only each, in either Kestrel Cottage
      or Owl Cottage of La Brehaudais Gites. Which cottage will be determined by the size of your party, up to
      a maximum of 6 people.

11. Travel expenses to and from the accommodation is the sole responsibility of the winners.

12. Prize must be taken between 6th April 2010 and the 18th December 2010. subject to the requested dates
      being available.

13. The accommodation is also only available to the winners when they have agreed to the terms and
      conditions of renting the accommodation.

14. No cash alternative will be offered.

15. The draw will take place on 1st December 2009. The winner will be chosen at random from all proper
      entries received by the closing date of 30th November 2009, by an independent adjudicator whose
      decision shall be final.

16. Notification of winning: The winners will be contacted by the 10 December 2009 by telephone, e-mail and
      letter.

17. The name and county of the winner will be available to view on our websites www.labrehaudaisgites.com
      and www.brittanyholidaylets.com only.

18. The promoter of the Free Prize Draw is Janice Reid La Brehaudais, Broons 22250, Brittany, France

19. The decision of the promoter is final.

20. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made by the promoter to contact the winner then
      she will be entitled to dispose of the prize as she thinks fit without any liability to the winner for having
      done so. A period of one month will be allowed after notification to the supplied contact details for the
      winners to claim the prize.

21. The winners booking must be made and confirmed by 1st March 2010.

23. These terms and conditions, may be changed at any time up until the closing date of 30th November 2009,
      without given any form of notification to entries already made.

24. La Brehaudais Gites will add your information including your e-mail address to our mailing list. This list
      is used exclusively by us, no more frequently than once a month for notification of special offers. Any and
      all information given to us is not given, sold, or lent to any third party.
